Colon Flush
A colon flush procedure involves easily inserting a small tube (smaller than a pencil!) into your rectum, though this tube warm, sterilized and filtered water is gravity fed into your large colon. This process softens all the old muck caught in the pockets of your bowel, allowing it to be passed easily. The benefits achieved by having a colon flush include getting rid of all this old junk (we can store up to 5kg in our bowel), feeling lighter, happier, increased energy, increased focus, clearer eyes and skin and most importantly less constipated.
